Purchase of Products: You must be 18 years of age to purchase Products from Myinteriorsonline.com. Please read these Terms carefully prior to indicating your acceptance. When you have understood the Terms, please complete the registration and order the Products.
Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary goods, and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.
All care and attention is given to ensure that technical information and advice is accurate but the seller does not warrant the accuracy thereof and the customer relies on the same at his own risk.
No goods can be released to clients until payment has been received in full.
Prices are subject to change.
All business is subject to our terms and conditions of business.
All prices on the web site include VAT at the current rate applicable.
We abide by the code of practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act of 1984.
Myinteriorsonline.com believes all products to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Myinteriorsonline.com as soon as it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by Myinteriorsonline.com in good faith. It will ultimately be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Myinteriorsonline.com. The liability of Myinteriorsonline.com will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.


Samples will be sent by post. Products such as wallpaper may vary in colour from that seen on your monitor. Please therefore use the Myinteriorsonline.com sample service.


Payment may be made by any of the means stated.
Orders are accepted on the condition that products will be supplied at the price ruling on dispatch.
Myinteriorsonline.com cannot guarantee when a credit card is used that a third party will not be able to access such information. If you have a concern about sending such information over the Internet, you should use one of the alternative means of payment.
If Myinteriorsonline.com discovers that a price stated was incorrect or that a product is out of stock, Myinteriorsonline.com will either notify you by e-mail or give you the option of voiding the sale.


Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland addresses is FREE!. Please note: We only deliver to UK mainland. All carriage charges quoted are for UK mainland delivery only. If you would like to place an order to be delivered outside mainland UK please contact us on +44 (0)7963 466 336 or email us at info@myinteriorsonline.co.uk.
Myinteriorsonline.com will only deliver to mainland UK addresses.
Delivery will normally be within seven working days from order unless otherwise stated. If any Products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity.
Delivery will normally be by post or courier.
All Products must be paid for prior to delivery.
Risk shall pass to the customer on delivery, but the goods shall remain the property of Myinteriorsonline.com until paid for in full by the customer.
We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.
If the goods are received damaged (damage to goods in transit), then they should be signed for as such and we must be advised in writing, within 5 working days of delivery. Goods will then be exchanged.


Goods must be inspected and checked before cutting.
No claims can be entertained or exchanges made once the product has been cut. No returns can be accepted or will be credited without prior agreement, therefore inform us within 5 working days at info@myinteriorsonline.co.uk, or telephone us on +44 (0)7963 466 336.
Should you wish to cancel an order, prior to dispatch, Myinteirorsonline.com will give the customer a full refund of their money within 30 days of notifying Myinteriorsonline.com of the cancellation. However, should you wish to cancel an order, after to dispatch, Myinteriorsonline.com cannot give refunds for less than 5 rolls of wallpaper.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Myinteriorsonline.com order for reasons other than faulty goods or damaged goods, you may return it (via special or recorded delivery) in the same condition as dispatched within 14 days with the sales ticket and in the original packaging for a refund subject to a 30% re-stocking charge. Please note that Myinteriorsonline.com cannot give refunds on orders less than 5 rolls of wallpaper.
Customers are required to pay for the carriage of any goods being returned unless the goods were either faulty or the order was sent out in error, in which case Myinteriorsonline.com will arrange collection of the goods.
In the event of a fault please send a sample of the product to us with the label - it should not be necessary to return the entire faulty product. Please note that you should check all wallpapers, fabrics and paints for faults before and during use. If you wish to return Products, please send us an e-mail to info@myinteriorsonline.co.uk Please state your order number, the reason for returning the product and whether you would like a refund or a replacement Product.
If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge.


You may have additional rights under warranties supplied by the manufacturer of the products you order. Please contact us or the manufacturer if you require further information.


In the first instance any complaint should be made direct to our Customer Services Department and we will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly, confidentially, and effectively within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Health and Safety

Myinteriorsonline.com makes available in good faith information about its Products and with regard to the conditions necessary to ensure that Products supplied will be safe and without risk to health when used properly.
Any information or advice given should not be considered an adequate risk assessment as may be required under Health and Safety legislation.
If you are not already in possession of information concerning the safe use of the Products or you become aware of any risk to health and safety, you should contact us.
